We store and process your personal information on behalf of the licensee of the Plus1% system, namely a National Olympic Committee (NOC), National Paralympic Commitee (NPC) or Commonwealth Games Association (CGA).
The licensee is responsible for the control and collection of your data and our obligations are to act as a responsible processor of your personal information which is controlled and collected by the licensee.

We will always collect personal information in a fair and lawful manner. It will usually collect information directly from its stakeholders in the country, or from other organisations (such as national sporting bodies) who may supply athlete personal data and performance information.
To deliver Plus1 system, we use your personal information in the ways set out below. If we need to use information in a way not outlined below, we will only do so if required or permitted by law or with your authorisation.
We only hold your personal information on behalf of the licensee that is necessary for the functioning of the Plus1% system.

We do not normally contract out services that involve disclosing personal information and personal information will not normally be disclosed to third parties. If we contract out any of its functions it will seek a commitment from the other contracting party that it will treat all personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The cookie is used to store whether or not user has consented to the use of cookies. It does not store any personal data.
A cookie that is optionally used for storing preference to not be prompted with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) security code for 30 days. This cookie persists for 30 if enabled.

All requests should be sent to a Plus1% administrator at the licensee (NOC/NPC/CGA) who will then raise a request directly with ourselves for consideration and resolution.

We will also take steps to verify your identity before providing you with any requested personal information.
You can ask us to stop using your information. However, if you ask us to stop using your information, we may not be able to provide you with all our services, such as emailing you newsletters and updates.
